#LicenceToDrive initiative began on the occasion of International Women’s Day in March 2022 with the objective of enabling our women colleagues to drive and become self-reliant.
We had a batch of enthusiastic women with us who wanted to embark on a new journey under this initiative. They have been trained not only to drive and maneuver techniques on road, but they are also now ready for all the basic regular challenges that one can encounter like, changing the tires, maintenance issues, safety skills, using the tool kit, and others.
Learning to drive has given these women a sense of joy and the beaming faces when they first hit the wheels were indeed a sight to watch.
