Consultant – Chief Technical Architect and Change Manager

• This position is responsible for all Production IT applications Architecture for Pune and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly known as Aurangabad) plant.
• He/She is responsible for overseeing, improving & upgrading the IT services. This role is also need to stay on top of latest trends & technologies & keep an eye out for any software, Hardware or services that might improve business process. Responsible for creation of system architecture & design. Responsible for Risk analysis and mitigation plan for new changes in production IT area. Responsible for coordination with global support teams,Stakeholders, vendors and plant internal teams for getting the changes implemented. Preparation of action plan to implement the changes in the Production IT area. Update information of system changes, prepare change documents, close the change in tool.

• IT applications Architecture
• Creation of system architecture & design
• Design the technical architecture to address business requirements, including the design of system configurations (hardware, software, and messaging, as appropriate),
• Risk/Mitigation, Project planning & Scheduling
• Project Change Management
• Technical assessments of internal & external platforms & tools covering:
• Deploy IT Security & Technical Standards
• Service Delivery – ITIL/ITSM
• Data base Management (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, DB2), Servers, IT Network

Consultant – Building Planning (Architect)

• The position is responsible for new building designs, extensions, alterations, interior, restorations and conservations projects from the earliest stages right through to completion.
• The goal is to match organizational requirements and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs with all statutory approvals in place. He is also responsible for department ISO / Compliance / Audits documentation and records.

• Experience in Industrial Project. (preferred Manufacturing plants)
• Experience in new building designs, extensions, alterations, interior, restorations and conservations projects from the earliest stages right through to completion.
• Good knowledge of design standards & bye laws, statutory & legal requirements, Detailing and quality of drawings, knowledge of software’s- ACAD, Sketch-up, Revit, Micro-station
• Knowledge with working experience on ISO 50001, 45001, 14001, 9001, Statutory compliances, etc  
• Knowledge of building, infrastructure & utility standards

Consultant – Specialist Engine Assembly_PKT

• Manage the start-up Quality of engine production and validate and verify the engine assembly process
• Responsible as expert of engine assembly process. Identify and resolve Process problems.
• Responsible to ensure Engine Assembly Process are as per standard and meet process audit requirements.
• Evaluates and propose optimization measures for improving labor requirement, material and methods.
• Coordinates implementation of new engine assembly processes PCRN and product changes ENC.
• Develop Tools and fixtures for engine assembly and ensure availability.
• Maintain all the standard documents for QMS and ISO quality audits.
