ŠKODA AUTO Volkswagen India Private Limited has a Governance, Risk & Compliance Department to oversee the pursuit of these values. This department’s work includes the provision of consulting on all compliance-related issues and the implementation of appropriate measures to raise awareness of the intrinsic value of compliance among the workforce.

Whistleblower system

The whistleblower system mainly provides a discrete and reliable option to point out any specific suspicions about violations of applicable laws or internal guidelines in our Company to all the employees, business partners and any other persons who come across such behaviour.
